On a web browser type the IP address of the printer into the address bar ie 192.168.1.200

Then click on Admin login - enter admin password

To display the screen below - click on System and then Defaults and Policies

Now click on When Specified Paper is Unavailable

Click on Prompt to Load Paper and change to Letter/A4 Substitution then press OK and log out
